Age Ventures have retirement home under operations in Bangalore & Ahmedabad. It has retirement homes coming up in Sohna, Gurgaon, and Kolkata.
It is an operating consultant to a retirement home in Jabalpur.

Age Ventures India realized also that the elders needed care with empathy and commitment.
Age Ventures India also felt it necessary to train and groom them and make them ready to service the middle class Elderly who are in look out for such support.

Over the past 3 decades there has been major shift in the social economic
environment. Sons and daughters both are now working. Elders who were
normally looked after by the partner at home is also out of the house. The
parents who are staying jointly with their children now tend to be alone
during the day. Having worked all day the children also need time shaping
up the life of the younger generation as well as some time to self.
There is, therefore, a need for a support system that can be supervised but
can look after the elders of the family needing support and assistance in
activities of daily living, movement and communication.
The ‘support’ needs to be well trained not only in discharging the activities
above, but should be soft mannered, polite and well groomed. He or she
should also be communicative enough to address cure the loneliness of the elders.
It is keeping this in view, we developed theoretical and on job training.
We expect to induct such care givers in AVI Care Net.
