Towards this end Age Ventures India has worked upon delivering different products meeting different individuals needs from retirement homes for active senior people, to care at home.
AVI firmly believes that if, one can live in their house full of memories with support in activities of daily living and other more intense support, then care at home is the ideal situation possibly.

Age Ventures India is a service organization in the social sector. It was set up to meet the needs of middle class elders and serve them with empathy and care. We are driven by the sole objective of seeing a smile on the face of a senior citizen.
Our care givers are trained by an in-house team of NSDS trained trainers, over an extensive period of 2 months, in a well equipped class room plus one month of on the job training. After all we know how delicate a senior citizen is.
Our care givers are also trained on basic social needs and hygiene. Their whereabouts are personally seen and third party verified. Their theoretical knowledge is tested by an
independent third party resource. The performance is rated by a three member committee.
Over all, they come to you well groomed & dressed. The care giver is watched and monitored during the duty hours. The care giver is equipped with a mobile and core team is accessible in emergency.

AVI Care Givers undergo a rigorous in house training in an independent well equipped training centre over a two months period course.
